Trivial genuine errors in applying for job can't be ground for disqualification: SC

The petitioner had sought help from an internet cafe owner and made an inadvertent error in the online form. The court emphasized that justice should not be forsaken due to technicalities and that the error was insignificant and should not be penalized.
