Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is set to answer questions before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding an excise policy matter. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has expressed concerns that Kejriwal may be arrested by the central agency. If Kejriwal is arrested, AAP leaders state that the Delhi government will continue to operate from jail. However, it should be noted that chief ministers do not have immunity from arrest during their tenure in office.
