How could Amritpal Singh give slip to 80,000 Punjab cops, asks HC

The Punjab and Haryana high court Tuesday said it was hard to believe that fugitive Khalistan sympathiser and self-proclaimed preacher Amritpal Singh gave an 80,000-strong Punjab Police contingent the slip, pointing out that such a thing could happen only in the event of total intelligence failure.
