RJD supremo Lalu Prasad may be in trouble. After dreaded gangster and former Lok Sabha MP Shahabuddin, he is the second party leader facing charges of flouting the jail manuals with impunity. Incidentally, both Lalu and Shahabuddin are convicted prisoners - Lalu in the fodder case while Shahabuddin in two murder cases.
